Today marks the 2 year anniversary when I started this blog about mental health. I started it because I knew I wasn’t the only one thinking the things I was thinking, but it is always nice to see someone else say it. Mental health is a day in day out lifestyle- you need to work on it every moment. I feel that when my mind is ‘better’ my life is better. I can be there for my family, I can do the things I love, I am present with others, and I want to make everyone’s world a little better too. Because life is hard. But every once in a while we get a moment that reminds us why we work so hard. So thank you for letting me be the writing on your phone here and there, and I hope that this helps you.
Remember that you are wonderful. And you are worth figuring out what your best version of life is.
