Your digestive system is considered your second brain! It holds so much power in what you think and do. This can be as simple as telling your brain you are hungry- to craving carby foods when you are stressed.

The two microbes that seem to hold a great deal of power is yeast (craving sugar saturated foods) and Prevotella (preferring starchy carbohydrates). This is why baked sugar pastries are craved so often- they satisfy both of them!
